Symptoms

- You receive an "Invalid username or password" error message when trying to log in.
- You are not receiving MFA prompts or codes on your mobile device.
- You have a new phone and can no longer authenticate.

- Product: SAP Concur
- Platform: Web Portal (concursolutions.com) and the SAP Concur Mobile App
- User Type: End user
Root Cause
The most common causes for this issue are:
- The user has forgotten their current password.
- The user has a new mobile device, and the MFA token is still linked to their old device.
- The authenticator application (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) was uninstalled or its data was cleared.
Resolution Steps
Please follow the steps for the specific issue you are facing.
Password Reset
- Navigate to www.concursolutions.com
- Enter your SAP Concur username (Login ID)
- Click Next

Choose to Sign in with SAP Concur Password

On the enter password screen, click the link "Forgot your password?" to request an email with a link to reset your password
- Check your email inbox for a message from SAP Concur containing a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
2FA Reset (New Phone or Lost Access)
- On the SAP Concur sign-in page, enter your username and choose SAP Concur Password to enter your password.
- On the Two-factor Authentication page, click Unable to enter authentication code.
- On the Reset 2FA page, click Send.

A reset email is sent to your email address.
- Click Return to Sign In.
- Open the Two-Factor Authentication Reset Request that was sent from noreply@concur.com to the address configured on the My Profile – Personal Information page in SAP Concur solutions.

On the SAP Concur Sign In page, enter your password.
- On the Set Up Two-factor Authentication page, follow from steps 6 on in Section 2: Enroll in 2FA to re-enroll in 2FA for SAP Concur.

- If you don't receive the password reset email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
- When setting a new password, ensure it meets the company's complexity requirements (e.g., length, special characters).
- For MFA codes to work correctly, ensure your phone's date and time are set to update automatically.
