The Menu/Tool Bar
The menu bar and the toolbar are visible at the top of the work area. The work area for the stand-alone application includes a document pane in the middle, a navigation pane on the left, and tools or task pane on the right side.
The toolbar below will help you navigate through the document and edit/sign it.
How to fill and sign a PDF form:
Adobe opens a fillable pdf form with a default of moving/panning the fields that you can click into and edit. Once you click on the first field to enter, you can tab through the rest of the document.
- Open a PDF document in Acrobat DC.
- Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box.
- Click the “Fill & Sign” tool in the right pane. Click on Add Signature to add an image.
- Sign your form: Click “Sign” in the toolbar at the top of the page.
- Save & Send your form (Make sure to use your OneDrive – Institute…) File/Save AS
