1. When prompted to sign in, if you cannot use the default verification method shown, simply click on the back arrow next to your email. This will take you to a list of your other available options..
2. From the list that appears, select the verification method you would like to use for this sign-in.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions based on the method you chose.

• For an App Notification: Check your smartphone for a sign-in approval request from the Microsoft Authenticator app and enter the number on screen into your phone.
• For a Text Message: You will receive an SMS message with a numeric code. Enter this code on the sign-in screen to continue.
